Bruce is the Executive Chairman of Kimberley Mineral Sands and Non-Executive Chairman of Sheffield Resources. Bruce was previously Senior Vice President Strategic Development of Lomon Billions Group, the world’s third largest producer of high-quality titanium dioxide pigments. 

He has held executive management positions in several other resource companies, including acting as the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of TZ Minerals International Pty Ltd (TZMI), the leading independent consultant on the global mineral sands industry, and CEO of World Titanium Resources, a development stage titanium project in Africa and as Vice President Titanium for BHP Billiton.

Alan has a 40-year history in mineral marketing, spending most of his career globally with Rio Tinto in executive marketing roles in iron ore, in Asia, the UK, Canada, and Australia. Positions held at Rio included President of Rio Tinto Iron Ore Asia and Director Strategic Partnerships, the latter role included Chairing both the Channar and BaoHI Ranges Joint Ventures.  In early 2019, In recognition of his contribution to developing bilateral ties with China, Alan was the recipient of the 2019 Australia China Business Council (ACBC) WA Honorary Award for outstanding and sustained service to the Western Australia-China relationship. 

A qualified mechanical engineer with over 30 years’ experience Gordon has had significant involvement in leading business start-up, planning and delivery of multiple complex projects including Mining & Mineral Processing, Oil & Gas and Resources based Infrastructure projects globally. He has enjoyed an extensive career with leading contractors (including Bechtel and Worley) and project owners on a wide range of projects. Most recently, Gordon was appointed Projects Director Fortescue Future Industries (a division of FMG) responsible for global delivery of renewable and green hydrogen energy projects.

Wencong has more than 30-years’ experience in mineral processing, with most of his career in Shougang Mining (China), Citic Pacific Minerals (Beijing) and Citic Pacific Mining (Australia); holding technical roles in iron ore processing. Positions held at Shougang Group include Engineer, Deputy Manager, Manager and President . His various roles at Citic Pacific Minerals (Beijing) included Consultant, Manager and Deputy General Manager. He was General Manager in the Processing Plant at Citic Pacific Mining(Australia). Wencong founded YGH Australia Investment, Holdings & Lithium Pty Ltd and has been Director of all 3 companies since 2019.
